Another chilly morning this morning in Texas, so I waited until 7:30 instead of the usual 5am to do yoga. Today - ASHTANGA! It was a 30 minute Rodney Yee DVD, that I had somehow not done yet. It was a great way to warm up. Ashtanga connects the breath with poses -linked into continuous movement. By practicing Ashtanga you'll get so warm, you will realize your increased flexibility. Keep in mind though it is vigorous and physically demanding - needless to say I got a sweat on quickly!
